Kleint Confirm is designed around a simple problem: real estate agents spend significant time and money traveling to property showings that prospective buyers sometimes fail to attend.

Agents may prepare for an appointment, drive to a property, and coordinate access only to discover that the prospective buyer never intended to attend or simply forgot.

The underlying problem was simple: How can an agent know whether a customer is actually going to show up before spending the time and money to get there?

My Approach

I approached Kleint Confirm as a workflow problem rather than simply a messaging tool. The goal was to make appointment confirmation easier for agents while automating the communication that happens before a showing.

The product was structured around a simple workflow: create the appointment, notify the customer, receive confirmation, and give the agent a clear view of the outcome.
