Website
Visit website ↗From waitlist landing page to product experience
Street Eatz needed to evolve beyond its original waitlist landing page into a modern digital presence that could clearly communicate the product, its value, and the broader vision behind the platform.
I worked with founder Alessandra Kennedy to redesign and rebuild the website around the product experience, creating a clearer path from discovering Street Eatz to understanding how it works and taking action.
The Challenge
The existing website had originally served as a waitlist landing page, but the Street Eatz product had evolved.
The website needed to communicate much more than a simple waitlist. Visitors needed to understand what Street Eatz is, why it is useful, who it serves, and what they should do next.
The challenge was to turn fragmented information into a structured product-focused marketing experience that could build credibility and encourage people to engage with the app.
Clearly explain what Street Eatz is
Communicate the value of the product
Support multiple audiences
Create a stronger visual identity
Guide visitors toward the app
Create a responsive experience across devices
The Approach
I approached the project by first understanding the product, its audiences, and the role the website needed to play within the broader Street Eatz ecosystem.
Rather than treating the website as a collection of pages, I designed the experience around the journey a visitor should take from discovery to action.
Understand the Product
Established a clear understanding of Street Eatz, its capabilities, and the problem it was solving.
Design for Multiple Audiences
Considered the needs of customers, independent food businesses, investors, and potential partners.
Clarify the Message
Created stronger content hierarchy and clearer explanations of the product and its value.
Create a Product-Focused Experience
Structured the website around discovery, understanding, exploration, and action.
The Solution
I designed and developed a modern marketing experience centered around the Street Eatz mobile app.
The website introduces the product, explains how it works, highlights its capabilities, communicates value for different audiences, and repeatedly guides visitors toward the next step.
The overall experience follows a simple narrative: Discover → Understand → Explore → Take Action.
Experience Structure
Discover
Introduce Street Eatz and present a smarter way to discover local food.
Understand
Explain how the platform works through a simple Discover → Order → Enjoy journey.
Explore
Showcase real-time discovery, ordering, vendor profiles, scheduling, menus, and notifications.
Take Action
Guide visitors toward downloading the app, exploring the platform, or getting involved.
Key Features
Real-Time Food Discovery
Help customers discover local food trucks, pop-ups, ghost kitchens, and independent food creators.
Order Ahead
Allow customers to discover food and move toward ordering through the app.
Vendor Profiles
Give independent food businesses a dedicated presence where customers can learn more about them.
Location & Availability
Communicate where food businesses are operating and when customers can find them.
Menus & Product Information
Present food offerings and product information in a structured way.
Customer Notifications
Communicate important updates throughout the customer experience.
Design & UX
The design needed to feel like a modern technology product while still preserving the energy and personality of local food culture.
I focused on creating a strong visual hierarchy that allows visitors to quickly scan the experience while progressively learning more about the product.
Every section was designed to either answer a question, communicate value, build confidence, or move the visitor toward an action.
Development
After completing the UX and visual direction, I translated the design into a responsive production website.
The implementation focused on reusable components, maintainable frontend architecture, responsive behavior, and creating a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

The Outcome
The project transformed the original waitlist landing page into a structured marketing experience that better represents the Street Eatz product and its future direction.
The new website gives visitors a clearer understanding of what Street Eatz is, how it works, who it serves, and why the platform matters.
It also provides a stronger digital entry point into the broader Street Eatz ecosystem and guides visitors toward engaging with the app.
Clearer product positioning
Stronger visual identity
Improved information hierarchy
Dedicated messaging for different audiences
Responsive marketing experience
Stronger app-focused calls-to-action
Foundation for future product growth
My Role
I worked across the project from UX and visual direction through frontend implementation.
Product Understanding
Worked to understand the product, its audiences, and the role of the website within the broader ecosystem.
UX/UI Design
Designed the information hierarchy, user experience, layouts, visual system, and responsive experience.
Web Design
Created the marketing website structure and visual direction around the Street Eatz product.
Frontend Development
Built the responsive production website using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
The Result
Street Eatz needed more than a visual refresh. It needed a website capable of communicating the product, supporting multiple audiences, and representing where the company was going.
By combining product thinking, UI/UX design, and web development, I transformed a fragmented landing page into a structured digital experience built around the product and its users.
Make Street Eatz easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to act on.
